【 General Description 】

The WT65F5/WT6550 is highly integrated Micro controller with Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface. It contains an 8052 based CPU core, 64K bytes Flash memory (64K bytes mask ROM for WT6550), 2304 bytes (2K+256 bytes) RAM, USB transceiver, Serial bus Interface Engine (SIE), System Interface Logic (SIL) and transmit / receive FIFOs. The USB function supports low/full-speed data rate (1.5M & 12M bps), suspend / resume mode, control / interrupt/ bulk transfer and is fully compliant with the USB specification version 1.1.

	- Support endpoint0 for control IN/OUT, endpoint 1,2,3 for INT IN/OUT or Bulk IN/OUT
	- Support Suspend / Resume operation
	- Supports USB remote wakeup

	- Level detect interrupt mode for the automatic power-down mode exit
●	Built-in power-on reset and low-voltage reset
●	Built-in 3.3V regulator for USB transceiver
