Wireless Power Controller
WT7070
【 General Description 】 |
The WT7070 is a highly integrated wireless power transmitter controller that supports Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) v1.2.4 EPP specifications. It is designed for wireless power charging pad applications. |
The WT7070 minimizes external components by integrating the circuits of voltage regulators, ASK demodulation, FSK modulation, foreign object detection (FOD), PWM, ADC, MOSFET drivers, current sense amplifier, and an 8-bit MCU to allow small form factor and low BOM cost. Wide operation voltage range (4.25V to 21V) and a Multiple-Time-Programmable (MTP) non-volatile memory provide high reliability and allow flexible user configuration requirements. |
