STL5300
STL5300 是一个8位，标准8051 1T架构的微控制器，内建16K Bytes MTP、16K Bytes SRAM 供程序使用，640 Bytes SRAM 供数据存取。同时支持多种不同的周边应用, 并且最大的工作电压可达20V。 STL5300 可以在12V 单相/三相无刷直流电机应用中运作，并且还提供用户便捷的功能与开发环境，例如系统内编程 (ISP)、在线调试 (ICD) 等。
