WT7162RHUG24C
The WT7162RHUG24C is a high frequency multi-mode (QR/Valley Switching) Flyback PWM controller with an integrated 650V 480mΩ Transphorm SuperGaN ® FET. It is specifically designed to work with USB PD controller to provide a total solution for USB PD or a programmable power adapter. The WT7162RHUG24C helps to improve the overall efficiency and optimize the product performance. It operates in quasi-resonant (QR) mode during heavy load and operates in discontinuous conduction mode with valley switching during light load. The WT7162RHUG24C minimizes the components counts and is available in a QFN 8*8 package. It provides important protection features, such as Brown In/Out, VDD OVP, OLP, OCP and Output Short Circuit ProtNection. Without an external LDO circuit, the WT7162RHUG24C can easily provide 3.3V~21V (7x volts) wide-range output voltage application to effectively reduce total BOM cost.
