WT7070
The WT7070 is a highly integrated wireless power transmitter controller that supports Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) v1.2.4 EPP specifications. It is designed for wireless power charging pad applications. The WT7070 minimizes external components by integrating the circuits of voltage regulators, ASK demodulation, FSK modulation, foreign object detection (FOD), PWM, ADC, MOSFET drivers, current sense amplifier, and an 8-bit MCU to allow small form factor and low BOM cost. Wide operation voltage range (4.25V to 21V) and a Multiple-Time-Programmable (MTP) non-volatile memory provide high reliability and allow flexible user configuration requirements.
