STL6300
STL6300 是一款系统级封装三相无刷直流电动机驱动器，配备8052 1T-架构的微控制器、16Kx8 嵌入式闪存，并整合了 5V LDO 电源管理以及内建的 6N-MOS 驱动器。此外，它还具备一个比较器，用于无传感器检测电动机换相，以及智能风扇通讯接口。它可以提供高达 6.5A 的驱动电流，并在 6V 到 20V 的工作电压范围内可靠运行。 STL6300 具有先进的闭环控制，旋转速度变化范围在 ±5% 之内，并具备可编程增量占空比的软启动功能，以抑制线圈电流的上电尖峰，并能降低启动噪音和减轻功率负载。另外 可以通过内部参考电压提供电流限制功能。支持锁定侦测并自动停止输出电流。一旦外部负载放松，将自动恢复到系统指定的速度。各种Iopen-drain 输出类型，如FG、RD、停止RD和反向RD，被实现为系统用于监控具有4、6或8个磁极的直流风扇速度的转速计。
