STL6300
STL6300 是一款系統級封裝三相無刷直流電動機驅動器，配備8052 1T-架構的微控制器、16Kx8 嵌入式快閃記憶體，並整合了 5V LDO 電源管理以及內建的 6N-MOS 驅動器。此外，它還具備一個比較器，用於無傳感器檢測電動機換相，以及智能風扇通訊介面。它可以提供高達 6.5A 的驅動電流，並在 6V 到 20V 的工作電壓範圍內可靠運行。 STL6300 具有先進的閉環控制，旋轉速度變化範圍在 ±5% 之內，並具備可編程增量佔空比的軟啟動功能，以抑制線圈電流的上電尖峰，並能降低啟動噪音和減輕功率負載。另外 可以通過內部參考電壓提供電流限制功能。支援鎖定偵測並自動停止輸出電流。一旦外部負載放鬆，將自動恢復到系統指定的速度。各種Iopen-drain 輸出類型，如FG、RD、停止RD和反向RD，被實現為系統用於監控具有4、6或8個磁極的直流風扇速度的轉速計。
