STL6700
STL6700 系列是一款具有驱动功能的BLDC风扇控制器。它拥有先进的死循环控制，旋转速度的变化范围在 ±2.5% 以内。内建的先进定时控制提高了电机效率和减少了振动。该设备支持直接 PWM 输入，不需要PWM到DC转换的电路，从而减少外部组件的数量。友好的编程界面可以调整风扇速度曲线的设置。STL6700系列具有软启动功能，允许可编程的渐增占空比从10%到44%，最大700毫秒，进一步抑制线圈电流的启动尖波，从而减少启动噪音与功率损失。还支持其他重要功能，如内部电流限制、热关闭、锁定保护等，用于风扇控制应用。STL6700支持锁定侦测和自动停止输出电流的方案。一旦外部电阻被松开，设备将自动恢复到先前的速度。各种开漏输出类型，如RD、停止RD、反向RD和FG，被实现为测速计，以便系统监控具有4或8个磁极的直流风扇的速度。
