STL6700
STL6700 系列是一款具有驅動功能的BLDC風扇控制器。它擁有先進的閉環控制，旋轉速度的變化範圍在 ±2.5% 以內。內建的先進定時控制提高了電機效率和減少了振動。該設備支持直接 PWM 輸入，不需要PWM到DC轉換的電路，從而減少外部元件的數量。友好的編程界面可以調整風扇速度曲線的設置。 STL6700系列具有軟啟動功能，允許可編程的漸增佔空比從10%到44%，最大700毫秒，進一步抑制線圈電流的啟動尖波，從而減少啟動噪音與功率損失。還支援其他重要功能，如內部電流限制、熱關閉、鎖定保護等，用於風扇控制應用。STL6700支援鎖定偵測和自動停止輸出電流的方案。一旦外部電阻被鬆開，設備將自動恢復到先前的速度。各種開漏輸出類型，如RD、停止RD、反向RD和FG，被實現為測速計，以便系統監控具有4或8個磁極的直流風扇的速度。
