STL6810
STL6810系列是一款BLDC风扇控制器，具备±5%转速变化内的先进死循环控制。内建的软开关及先进的定时控制提高了电机效率及减少了振动。STL6810支持直接PWM输入，不需要PWM到DC转换的电路，从而减少外部组件数量。友好的编程接口可以调整任何风扇曲线设置。该设备提供可调的PWM输出频率，以支持单相全桥驱动电机绕组。 STL6810 具备软启动功能，并可编程增量占空比，以抑制线圈电流的启动尖峰，并能减少启动噪音以及降低功耗。内置的软开关功能可减少声学噪音和功率损耗。该设备通过内部基准电压提供电流限制功能。该设备支持锁定侦测，并自动停止输出电流。一旦外部负载放松，它将自动恢复至系统指定的速度。多种开漏输出类型，如 FG、RD、停止 RD 和反向 RD，被实现为测速计，以便系统监测具有 4、6 或 8 个磁极的直流风扇的速度。
