STL6810
STL6810系列是一款BLDC風扇控制器，具備±5%轉速變化內的先進閉環控制。內建的軟開關及先進的定時控制提高了電機效率及減少了振動。STL6810支援直接PWM輸入，不需要PWM到DC轉換的電路，從而減少外部元件數量。友好的編程介面可以調整任何風扇曲線設置。該設備提供可調的PWM輸出頻率，以支持單相全橋驅動電機繞組。 STL6810 具備軟啟動功能，並可編程增量佔空比，以抑制線圈電流的啟動尖峰，並能減少啟動噪音以及降低功耗。內置的軟開關功能可減少聲學噪音和功率損耗。該設備通過內部基準電壓提供電流限制功能。該設備支援鎖定偵測，並自動停止輸出電流。一旦外部負載放鬆，它將自動恢復至系統指定的速度。多種開漏輸出類型，如 FG、RD、停止 RD 和反向 RD，被實現為測速計，以便系統監測具有 4、6 或 8 個磁極的直流風扇的速度。
