STL7100
STL7100 是一款内建功率 MOSFET 和霍尔传感器的无刷直流电机控制器。它可以提供高达 1.2A 的驱动电流，并在 3V 到 18V 的工作电压范围内可靠运行。STL7100 支持直接 PWM 输入，不需要PWM到DC转换的电路，从而减少外部组件数量。其用户友好的编程接口允许调整风扇曲线设置。该设备提供可调的 PWM 输出频率，以支持单相全波驱动。整合了可编程增量占空比的软启动功能。 STL7100 有效地抑制了线圈电流的启动尖波，减少了启动噪音以及功耗损失。此外，它内置的软切换功能可以减少可听噪音和能量损失。另外, 亦整合使用内部参考电压的电流限制功能。此外，STL7100 支持热关闭功能，以防止过热。支持锁定侦测，自动停止输出电流。当外部负载释放后，它无缝恢复到先前的速度。STL7100 通过 open-drain 输出 FG 信号提供旋转速度指示。
