STL7100
STL7100 是一款內建功率 MOSFET 和霍爾傳感器的無刷直流電機控制器。它可以提供高達 1.2A 的驅動電流，並在 3V 到 18V 的工作電壓範圍內可靠運行。STL7100 支持直接 PWM 輸入，不需要PWM到DC轉換的電路，從而減少外部元件數量。其用戶友好的編程介面允許調整風扇曲線設置。該設備提供可調的 PWM 輸出頻率，以支持單相全波驅動。整合了可編程增量佔空比的軟啟動功能。 STL7100 有效地抑制了線圈電流的啟動尖波，減少了啟動噪音以及功耗損失。此外，它內置的軟切換功能可以減少可聽噪音和能量損失。另外, 亦整合使用內部參考電壓的電流限制功能。此外，STL7100 支援熱關閉功能，以防止過熱。支援鎖定偵測，自動停止輸出電流。當外部負載釋放後，它無縫恢復到先前的速度。STL7100 通過 open-drain 輸出 FG 信號提供旋轉速度指示。
