At Weltrend, quality stands as the core of our business philosophy. We encompass quality standards into our design process and partner with highest quality suppliers including world’s leading semiconductor foundries as well as assembly and testing houses, including our own in-house 24/7 production testing facility. Our quality policy declaration is “To meet customers’ demands of quality, service, and delivery through continuous learning and improvements.”

Product quality has always been Weltrend’s top priority. Since the company was established, all chips have been manufactured in Taiwan by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC). Later, some chips were also produced by Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS), a subsidiary of TSMC in Taiwan, to ensure product quality.

At the same time, in order to meet customers’ urgent order requirements and to allow for timely chip testing, the back-end packaging and testing of Weltrend’s products are not only outsourced to companies such as Greatek, Lingsen, and ASE Group, but are also conducted at our own in-house testing facility, which is capable of performing both CP (Chip Probing) and FT (Final Testing).

All Weltrend’s products undergo comprehensive quality certification, and the certifications obtained include ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO-14064-1, and IECQ QC 080000:2017.
