WT7232
The WT7232 is a high efficiency DC-DC controller capable of driving up to 8 constant current outputs. A built-in step-up converter automatically adjusts the supply voltage level for LED strings. The controller can receive either an analog signal or a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal for the dimming control function. The IC provides the user with over/under voltage protection, over temperature protection and over current protection features. The IC has high accurate current drivers with a minimized current mismatch among LED strings.
Features
- Input voltage from 4.2V to 28V
- Build in Internal Power MOSFET
- Auto setting the step-up controller regulates output just above the highest LED string voltage
- ±1.5% regulates string current accuracy and ±3% between ICs
- Output current set by an external resistor (range: 15 to 60mA per channel)
- Soft start eliminates inrush current
- LED open/short protection
- Over-Temperature protection
- Over-Voltage protection
- Over Current protection
- Under-Voltage protection
- Low Standby Current
- Package type:
- 24-pin QFN with exposed pad, Green package
- 24-pin TSSOP with exposed pad, Green package
- Input voltage from 4.2V to 28V
