The WT7016A and WT7016B consist dual-set of monolithic bridge driver power MOS FET for its driver stage.WT7016A provided with forward, reverses and brake functions and is ideal as a driver circuit for stepping motors with break function.WT7016B is provided without breaking functions.Both of these two chips are provided functions for 1-2 phase excitation or 2-phase excitation stepping motor. They are suitable for lens zooming function in digital still camera or auto focus driving in a traditional camera.
