WT51FH24

WT51FH24 is an 8-bit BLDC motor controller series product. It uses an 8-bit 8052 core with an operating frequency up to 24MHz, 16K bytes Flash memory, 512 bytes SRAM, and a wealth of peripherals and interfaces. WT51FH24 can be operated in 12V sensor-less BLDC motor applications and has built-in 12V to 5V LDO, BEMF detection circuit, NN structure gate driver, ISET for multiple driving capability, and with 180° SVM control. The green package uses QFN24, which is suitable for single-phase/three-phase BLDC motor systems
