WT51FS16

WT51FS16 is an 8-bit BLDC motor controller series product. It uses an 8-bit 8052 core with an operating frequency up to 24MHz, 16K bytes Flash memory, 512 bytes SRAM, and a wealth of peripherals and interfaces. WT51FS16 can be used with external Hall sensors in 5V motor applications. Green packages include MSOP10 for single-phase and QFN16 for three-phase BLDC motor systems.
