WT6522SF
The WT6522SF is a single chip Micro-controller for Universal Serial Bus (USB) low speed HID applications, it includes an 8-bit 65C02 CPU core, 256 bytes SRAM, 8K Bytes Flash memory, 36 Programmable I/Os with built-in pull up resistors and interrupt capability (P2 only), P3 and P5 output with high drive/sink capability up to 20mA. WT6522SF can support pure carbon membrane applications as well.
Features
- 8-bit 65C02 CPU with 3 MHz operating frequency
- Two clock sources:
-External 6 MHz crystal (or resonator) oscillator is used for PS/2
-Internal 12 MHz RC oscillator (default), and its tolerance is ±10% before adjustment
- 256 bytes SRAM
- 8K bytes Flash ROM memory
- USB Interface (USB Spec. Version 2.0 Low-Speed compliance)
- Embedded USB function with three endpoints (one control endpoint and two Interrupt IN endpoints)
- 36 programmable I/O pins (P00~P07, P10~P17, P20~P27, P30~P37 and P50~P53), and they can be programmed to big, small resistance or no pull-up resistor
- 8 with interrupt capability in input mode (P20~P27).
- 12 high drive/sink capability pins: P30~P37 and P50~P53
- Built-in fixed 240 Hz PWM and 7-bit duty controller in P30~P37 and P50~P53
- Watchdog Timer
- One 8-bit programmable Timer
- Low Voltage Reset (LVR)
- Power On Reset (POR)
- 8-bit 65C02 CPU with 3 MHz operating frequency
