WT7507
WT7507 is a switching power supervisor for PC or Server System. It provides over/under voltage detection, over-current detection, over temperature detection, power good detection, power good output (PGO), fault protection latch output (FPOB), and PSONB control. The Over Temperature Protection circuit senses the input voltage of OTP pin. If OTP pin is higher than the HIGH threshold, FPOB pin goes to high impedance to shut down the power supply. When the OTP pin goes lower than LOW threshold, FPOB pin is low and restarts power supply automatically.
Features
- The Over Voltage Detector (OVD) - V33, V5 and V12A and V12B
- The Under Voltage Detector (UVD) - V33, V5 and V12A and V12B
- The Over Current Detector (OCD) - I33&V33, I5&V5, I12A&V12A and I12B&V12B
- Both of the power good output (PGO) and fault protection latch (FPOB) are Open Drain Output
- Fault protection behavior – latch: OVD, UVD, OCD; un-latch: OTP
- UVD / OCD delay time after PSONB turn-on and power good: 75ms / 300ms
- PGO delay time: 300ms
- PSONB debounce time: 38ms
- PGI de-glitch time: 73 μs
- UVD de-glitch time: 73 μs
- OVD de-glitch time: 73 μs
- OCD de–glitch time: 20ms
- FPOB delay time after PSONB turn-off: 3.5 ms
- The Over Voltage Detector (OVD) - V33, V5 and V12A and V12B
