WT76014T
The WT76014Tprovides protection circuits, power good output (PGO), fault protection latch (FPOB), and a protection detector function (PSONB) control. It can minimize external components of switching power supply systems in personal computer. The Over Current Detector (OCD) monitor I12A&V12A,I12B&V12B, I12C&V12C and I12D&V12Dinput current sense. The pin VX provides an extra protection function. When OCD or VX detect the fault voltage level, the FPOB is latched HIGH and PGO go low. The latch can be reset by PSONB go HIGH. There is 4 ms delay time for PSONBturn off FPOB. When OCDand VXdetect the right voltage level, the power good output (PGO) will be issue.
Features
- The Over Voltage Detector (OVD) monitors four channels for I12&V12 input pins.
- The Under Voltage Detector (UVD) monitors VX and four channels for I12&V12 input pins.
- The Over Current Detector (OCD) monitors four channels for I12&V12 input pins.
- Four Channels for I12V&V12 OCD with auto calibration
- The VX > 1.2V provide an extra protection.
- Both of the power good output (PGO) and fault protection latch (FPOB) are Open Drain Output.
- 180ms or 250ms time delay for PGO. (option)
- 38 ms for PSONB input signal De–bounce.
- 14 us for OVD internal signal De–bounce.
- 55 us or 3ms for UVD / VX internal signal De–bounce.(option)
- 25 ms or 35 ms or 140 ms for OCD internal signal De–bounce. (option)
- 73 us for PGI internal signal De–bounce.
- 4 ms for PSONB turn-off FPOB
- Short-circuit turn-on protection
– 75 ms delay to enable UV/OC/VX detection, depends on PGI condition.
- Package Type: PDIP-16 and SOP-16
- Option: VX Over voltage detection can be switched to Master/slave mode.
