WT8893
The WT8893 is a highly-integrated video processor SoC dedicated for ADAS/AVM applications. The chip includes CVBS input from 4 channel video decoders, 4 individual contrast/brightness adjustment function, input scaling up/down for accurate fish-eye correction, input image position adjustment function to correct the camera assembling error, video image processing, fisheye correction, perspective adjustment, combine front/rear/left/right four images to top view with adjustable image size and boundary fusion processing providing seamless AVM image, AWB technology to provide a uniform image, output video contrast/ brightness/ sharpness adjustment and scaling adjustment, OSD, video encoder, output interface with one analog NTSC/PAL CVBS or digital CCIR 656/601 output or DVR 720P raw data (30/60Hz), serial flash memory (max. 2ea) for JPG and MCU code, external 1GB (64M*16) DDR for video buffer (max. 2GB), and SPI/I2C interfaces. This chip has been qualified for the Automotive Electronics Council standard Q100 (AEC-Q100) Grade 2. While most AVM chips in the market are DSP-based solution, the WT8893 is hardwired ASIC which provides cost-effective solution with low-power consumption compared to its counterparts.
