WT7019
WT7019 include 2-channels H-bridge driver power MOS FET for its driver stage. WT7019 provides with forward, reverses functions; a driver circuit for DC or Stepping motors. It is suitable for lens zooming function in digital still camera or AF auto focus driving the CCM (compact camera module) and other motor applications.
