WT7012
The WT7012 consist a monolithic bridge driver power MOS FET for its driver stage. It is provided with forward, reverse and brake functions and is ideal as a driver circuit for a motor that winds or rewinds the film in a camera. The DC-DC is PWM control step-up switching regulator which mainly consists of a reference voltage source, an oscillation circuit, and an error amplifier.
