STL6800
STL6800系列是一款具有先進閉迴路控制的BLDC風扇控制器，旋轉速度變化範圍在±5%以內。內建的軟開關和先進的定時控制提高電機效率及減少振動。STL6800支援直接的PWM輸入，不需要PWM到DC轉換的電路，從而減少外部元件數量。友好的程式設計介面可以調整任何風扇曲線設置。該設備提供可調的PWM輸出頻率，以支持單相全波驅動電動機線圈。 STL6800 擁有軟啟動功能，具有可編程的增量佔空比，以抑制線圈電流的啟動尖峰，並且可以減少啟動噪音和降低功耗。內建的軟開關功能可以減少聲學噪音和功率損耗。該設備通過內部參考電壓提供限流功能。該設備支援鎖定偵測並自動停止輸出電流。一旦外部負載放鬆，將自動恢復到系統指定的速度。各種開漏輸出類型，如 FG、RD、停止 RD 和反向 RD，作為系統監控 DC 風扇（具有 4、6 或 8 個磁極）速度的轉速計進行實現。
