WT51FG24
WT51FG24是一款48V三相無感測器智慧型馬達控制器，適用於風扇或泵浦等無刷直流馬達應用。透過整合降壓轉換器(buck 和 LDO)，可直接驅動48V、54V以及高達72V的無刷直流馬達。 無感測器(BEMF)技術用於簡化馬達系統設計、降低成本並提高可靠性。智慧型馬達控制器結合弦波(SVM)和150°方波驅動能力，優化電源效率、噪音性能、啟動和正向/反向風車條件(順風/逆風啟轉條件)。I2C介面搭配具有讀出保護功能的嵌入式記憶體，可完成馬達系統和主機設備間的智慧風扇應用。內建可配置驅動電流(ISET)的NN型閘極驅動器可以完美匹配外部MOSFET並減少外部系統元件的使用。 WT51FG24採用QFN24 4 x 4 green package，適用於小型無刷直流馬達系統之設計需求。
