WT6618F
The WT6618F is a highly integrated USB Power Delivery (PD) controller that supports USB PD 3.0 Programmable Power Supply specification.With the Display Port (DP) Alt mode over USB-C® capability, it can perform the dynamic handshaking in between source and sink devices, such as DP configure, status update, source/sink connection detection, DP mode Discovery/Enter/Exit, and support vendor define message (VDM) function/hot-plug detection (HPD) for intelligent power delivery as well. It is designed for USB Type-C power applications such as Projector, portable LCD monitor, PC Monitor, TV, and Tablet.The WT6618F minimizes external components by integrating USB PD baseband PHYs, USB Type-C detection, shunt regulator, voltage and current monitors, NMOS load switch drivers and an 8-bit MCU to allow flexibility, small form factor and low BOM cost. Wide operation voltage range (3V to 24V) supports USB PD 3.0 Programmable Power Supply (PPS) specification. A Multi-Programmable (MTP) ROM is built-in for storing program code and user configuration data.
