STL5210

The STL5210 is an 8-bit, standard 8051 1T architecture microcontroller with built-in 8K Bytes MTP and 8K Bytes SRAM for program use, 768 Bytes SRAM for data access, and a wealth of peripherals and interfaces. The maximum operating voltage can reach up to 20V. The STL5210 can operate in 12V, single-phase/three-phase BLDC motor applications, and also provides user friendly functions such as in-system programming (ISP), in-circuit debugging (ICD) function, and etc., which provides users a convenient development environment.
