STL5210
STL5210 是一個8位元，標準8051 1T架構的微控制器，內建8K Bytes MTP、8K Bytes SRAM 供程式使用，768 Bytes SRAM 供資料存取。同時支援多種不同的周邊應用, 並且最大的工作電壓可達20V。 STL5210 可以在12V 單相/三相無刷直流電機應用中運作，並且還提供用戶便捷的功能與開發環境，例如系統內編程 (ISP)、在線調試 (ICD) 等。
