STL6580
STL6580系列是一款具有驅動功能的BLDC風扇控制器。它具有先進的閉環控制，旋轉速度變化範圍在±5%之內。內建的軟切換和先進的定時控制提高了馬達的效率和降低了振動。STL6580支持直接PWM輸入，不需要PWM到DC轉換的電路，因此可以減少外部元件的數量。友好的編程介面可以調整任何風扇曲線設置。該設備提供可調的PWM輸出頻率，以支持單相全波驅動。 STL6580具有軟啟動功能，配置可程式化增量佔空比，以抑制線圈電流的啟動尖波，因此可以減少啟動噪音並放寬功率預算。內建的軟切換功能可以降低聲音噪音和功率損失。該設備通過內部參考電壓提供電流限制功能。熱關閉功能可以保護設備不過熱。STL6580支援鎖定偵測並自動停止輸出電流。一旦外部負載減輕，它將自動恢復到系統規定的速度。各種開漏輸出類型，如 FG、RD、停止 RD 和反向 RD，被實現為系統監控具有 4 個或 8 個磁極的直流風扇速度的轉速計。
